Special Golf Events

Nine and Unwind Golf!
We encourage our members to gather together for 9 holes after work, or other days during the week.  Or if you would rather just play 9 holes on our scheduled Saturday events, please let us know - we'll arrange that for you.  We currently do not have any dates below scheduled, but we encourage you to give each other a call and gather together on your own.  Pick a course in your area and invite others.
Birdie Tree
If you score a birdie at any EWGA official event or EWGA chapter outing, please email your information to Joan Davis. Please let her know the EWGA outing, course and hole, and we'll update the virtual tree on our website. The person with the most birdie's at the end of the year, will receive a special prize at our December Christmas Party. See who's "hanging high on the tree" for 2015.

Handicap & Education

Handicap Information
We encourage all our members to have a handicap established. Although it's not required, your EWGA membership includes a complimentary Handicap System which tracks your scores and index via their website. Establishing your handicap and posting scores regularly, will allow you to play in some EWGA events (Championship, Match Play, Tournaments, etc.). Our regular Saturday chapter outings do not require a handicap to play.
